More buyers than sellers! :)
But in all seriousness, it's tough to tell. I mean, the company did reaffirm revenue guidance but that was last week and the stock barely moved. Today it's spiking. And there's the issue with trading low-priced/small cap stocks -- it's very easy to make them run for a short periods of time in either direction.

Remember when crowd become active any stock can go up or down within the short period.
There are may be several reasons for this.
