What is the likelyhood that ASBC will reinstate or just increase its dividend?

I have a substantial loan on my margine account against Associated Banc-Corp (ASBC). Now that the dividend has been drastically cut, I may need to sell most of the stock as the payments aren't coved by the dividends anymore. What is the likelyhood the dividends will increase any substantial amount in the near future (1 year +/-)?
