How come that there is no trading history on Sierra Exploration, ticker symbol SRAE

It is traded in the pink sheets, and the last trade was in Apr. With their website not showing much activity since early this year, it would tend to make one think that the company is just about out of business. They could just be waiting on someone to come along and inject a few million and then take off. Not a good sign when there are no trades, but not fatal either.
