General Market Question
i bought 2 GE Aug 10 put @ .50 limit . i was charged $200.00 for each option. what gives ?

Those options should have cost $50 each plus commissions; so someone made a mistake. Either you did not enter the trade the way you think you did or the broker did not follow your instructions. You should contact your broker to find out what really happened.
