Does Encore Capital Group Inc. and/or any of it's related affiliates hire employees that either were employed

by and/or currently employed by any financial institutions(i.e. banks, mortgage companies, etc.). Couldn't this cause possible issues concerning ethical business practices if, per se, a possibility might exist that the alleged company listed above was retrieving protected information from inside other institutions that, under normal circumstances , is never shared outside the original institution's place of business until a possible matter might arise where it then legally could be if all the proper bona fide documents were in place ?
