I cannot find Penn capital management Osaka in my securities search engine. Do you have a more precise name, or possibly its symbol? Or , is the spelling correct ?

P.S., if the $9000 transfer charge is a fee, it smells like a scam to me. No way should a fee be so exorbitantly high.

DON'T DO IT. You'll not see a dime or share of stock. Notify everybody you can think of -- SEC, FTC, CFTC, Police, etc. If it sounds to good to be true -- it probably is. I almost bought into an email scam last year because the person writing was the same name as somebody I knew about 15 years ago--an attorney friend told me it was a scam even though the other side's attorney was actually an attorney.
Don't get involved.

I forgot to mention in my answer that my attorney friend is an attorney from Japan and has not heard of Penn Management in Osaka, nor could she find out anything under that name.
