What value have these certificates have please?My Cclient is intenting to cash the certificates in? Can you assist me please with my Clients investigation.

Anyways, my securities search engine could not locate the stock. Sorry.

Global Media Productions. INC - stock symbol GBMI
GBMI is neither listed on NASDAQ or any stock exchange, nor quoted on the OTCBB; bids and offers are not centrally collected.
Restricted stock is usually issued before a company goes public or during some restructuring activity. Therefore, the 4000 shares, may not be the same as the 4000 shares at $4.70/share (current quote via Nasdaq.com).
Many times companies do consolidation, dilution, etc. with restricted stock-- in layman terms: stock voodoo and reissue non-restricted stock for trading.
