Hi, Married1982,
Are you kidding me, or did my securities search engine accessed the wrong parameters?
It appears RSGR ( Resource Group Intl) is trading for about 0.01 cents/ share, (not $.01 ) and today’s volume is 750,000 shares. i.e. Today’s trading value is less than $100.

I don’t have a competent answer for you, as I don’t know the stock, but I personally wouldn’t touch it.
