What should I do?? Real estate? Business? Options? Stock Market? I dont know!

I just finished getting a degree in Nursing (and got my license) and already working for a local hospital in NY for a good/OK salary (about 67k). I have read quite some (i believe) about real estate and various forms of investments into Real Estate (mostly for commercial purposes to create cash flow) and I was just curious if I can become rich by simply putting about 40% of my salary into the real estate. Or do I need to become an entrepreneur? Also some of your recommendations are very appreciated.

Thx!!!

I think it is better to do some research on those areas before you decide to invest.

Remember to pay attention for risk factors. These will change time to time.

Because you have nursing background, you can make your knowledge to do research on the Health sector. There are plenty of promising companies in this sector.

Generally, doctors talk about other stocks such as oil and gold stocks instead of health stocks when there are hidden gems in the health sector.

Remember to learn interest rate trend, business cycle, different types of market players, asset valuation etc.
