U.S. listed Stocks in general will have upside as the dollar falls, especially those stocks of companies who sell to other countries or "exporters". A U.S. listed gold miner that is actually producing gold into this market, will, in all likelihood, have an advantage. High tech companies shipping around the world will also have an advantage.

The falling dollar has no impact on American investors trading on American exchanges. The weak dollar is positive for exports, but negative for imports. The weaker the dollar the higher the oil price.
