Dear Guy, First Bankshares Inc (VA) or SUFB is going to change its name to Xenith Bankshares Inc or XBKS. Though the effective date not yet declared or decided. Yet it will be effectuated with in a month. So don’t think that you will get extra share or benefited from the event. Irrespective of your consent, you will get one XBKS share for each SUFB before the name change event takes effect. Thanks
