Is there an active asset behind MCOMQ Metricom, Inc.?

Metricom emerged from bankruptcy in 2001 with one remaining asset - a WCS Spectrum License at or near the frequencies of XM & Sirius. Does anyone know who is retaining this license? Are revenues being generated & if so, who is receiving them? Their appears to be an ongoing market - is it false?

The generated revenues of 3.5 millions in the most recent quarter and the net loss from continuing operation is 172 milllions.

There is a Q attached to the symbol, which means the stock is still in the Chapter 11. There is no chance for stockholders get any value in a company with this kind of operation in many years
