There is a chance for you to get more than the $.07 suggested by the company and is approved by the stockholders due to the conservative nature of the management in calculating the remaining shareholders' equity to be paid off.

I accepted on settlement for under $1.00 a share and a year later, the people who are not in the plan got $1/ each. but, it's a long process, and it might take more than one year. If you can wait, your chance to make a little more is fairly good
