What is the opposite of accelerated depreciation? Can we grow depreciation slowly?
I need to have low depreciation in beginning years, and then increase it. Is there a formal method to do that? Thanks.

Some depreciation method such as MACR would let you select to depreciate the fixed assets at 200% or 150% declining balance and switch to straight line when it's higher. It's allowed, it's built in in the depreciation schedule and you're allowed to change it.
The lowest depreciation for you to get is the straight line method, try to be a little liberal in terms of asset life. If the business is a sole proprietorship has a net loss and you (and your spouse if you're married) do not have W-2, the depreciation deduction is suspended and carried forward to the coming years when the business has profits.
What you want to do is reversing the above procedure, and there is no formal method for you to do. The straight line is the lowest one, and you can't change the method of depreciation without the approval of the IRS.
This all I remember, if I figure something else fancy, I'll let you know
