Why can't I get an answer to queation-How to return Options dvd package

I will just ship it back, return receipt requested and call credit card company to get my
card credited, if you can't or won't give me detailed information on how to return the
prduct. The letter promoting the Options pkg. said I had 30 days to be happy with it
or return it. Now how about an answer on where to ship it back for credit.
