Where can I view more detailed options trading volume information?

I noticed that some people seem to be able to see options trading volume by specific trade, including the time of the trade, the volume of each trade, the specific price, whether it was at the bid or ask, and even if it was part of a spread trade. Where is this information available and how can I get it as an individual retail investor? Thanks in advance!
