Why has CTIC share value plunged nearly 40% in the past few weeks on no news or financial releases?

insiders and CEO sold a bunch/millions of shares and if you look at the price they sold at just a few days ago they were the ones that made it fall from 1.20 to 1.00 , because it shows what price they sold at and the day, just go look on a 10 minute daily chart if yours goes back at least a couple days,,

Insiders sold shares recently but if you did your DD you would have noticed that they own more shares today than they did before they sold. If you read the forms filed they all state that the shares were sold to pay taxes. It appears to me that the insiders vested their shares and sold to pay taxes. Another bullish sign is the vesting of shares while the pps is low and paying less taxes. I've following ctic for a while and everything is looking great. Why else would institutions be buying in the millions? I STRONGLY believe CTIC to be VERY profitable in the near future and I rate it as a STRONG BUY. Do your DD and decide for yourself. Never listen to anyone's opinion online including mine.
