when will storm 2 from blackberry and rimm canada be available to canadians-fellow ontrians

rimm is canadian, rimm does have their softwhere in blackberry storm 2, storm 2 is available in us.
Canadians cant buy one though?????? Why is that. How do you find out when i can go on line and buy a storm 2 in canada (being canadian), Just like the americans with verison buy on get one free for 179.99. Did I mention I own rimm stock also lol. What is going on with that company
