About buying and selling

If I now own a stock I paid $25 a share for 10 years ago and the same stock today is at .30 a share. I am nearly sure the .30 cent stock will go to .75 or slighty higher within a week as thats the way it has done for months, up & down. Is there any advantage to me buying more at .30 and sellling at .75. I see the stock staying below $2 a share for many months to come. But I expect to see this daily up and down price continue.

The trading fees and short-term cap gains expenses will eat up the profits of the trades, and if you have a sizable lot (>1K shares) your own trades will affect the market price.
