Should I sell my stock?

II have around 10,000 shares of stock in a company that received a delisting notice and has until March,2010 to comply.I am not a saavy investor and could use some advice.

It is better to sell your stocks before delisting. An only problem is if market value is less than your purchase price then you will have to make some loss.

Once delist some companies take longer period to pay back entitlements for shareholders in some countries. It is utter waste of time and money. Policy makers should not allow companies to de list their stocks just because they want unless they are going to become bankrupt. Some companies have hidden agendas on their de-listings.

Sell, and never again buy or hold a stock that makes a 52-week low. Just ask the owners of Lehman, Enron, or DCGN.
