Has Anybody Heard of Flaws & Bugs in FOREX MetaTrader4 Software..? RSVP-Thanks!

I wanted to Close and Cancel my Forex Position but, MetaTrader4 re-opened a new erroneous position & I had to close my FOREX Account too!
